Bidding is back in some areas but only at certain price points. In the fall, many sellers struggled to sell their houses. We wondered if we would ever see bidding again. And here we are, January 2023. Three houses that sold in the last week in Bloor West sold in multiple offers, substantially over the list price. However, in other areas, nothing has really sold, and houses are languishing. If only we had a crystal ball.
