When the top high end market picks up in US resort towns after years of very slow sales one wonders what this means for US and hence Canada. The very high end is apparently starting to move in US resort towns. For example, an $8 mill house in a Colorado ski town was on the market for 6 years. It has very recently sold. This is just one example. The agents in that town are starting to feel somewhat apprehensive that a bubble is on the horizon. Perhaps this is just shell shock from previous years. A US election is coming up. Is the good economy for real?
