Some areas are selling very well and some areas have very few sales. This is an interesting phenomenon. We have recently had listings in a few different sought-after neighbourhoods. We have sold all of our listings but certain areas were definitely an easier sell than others. The areas that took more time to sell and had fewer showings have to this day had very few sales. It appears that certain areas have more buyers and more pent-up demand than others. The price point is a factor and so is accessibility to transportation.
