Buyers are looking but not necessarily making decisions that quickly… Although there remains a high demand for houses in Toronto, there does not appear to be the same urgency in the market as we saw in the spring. One reason may be that there is very little product to look at so buyers are having a hard time in choosing when there is little to choose from. Another reason could be that decisions are hard to make when families are tired from all the family activity in June. Many families are getting ready for holidays.  World events and feelings of world instability could be having an impact on decision making also. Perhaps a break for all will help. I am expecting movement to pick up in the near future...
