Sales of some homes are exceeding expectations and some are not. Following along the thread of last weeks blog, I have to admit that I am definitely surprised at some of the high prices that some homes are getting in bidding. Not all homes though – some, I am surprised are not selling as fast or as high. I don’t know what that means really, except market is a bit bumpy. What we can ascertain is that in most cases demand is high enough that market should take prices where they should go or not go. As always there are exceptions to this rule. Real estate is never simple.
