Motria Dzulynsky

Specializing in west end Toronto real estate, Motria Dzulynsky has lived in the west end of Toronto her entire life. Prior to her real estate career, she spent 10 years working as a pharmacist and pharmacy manager in the west end after having obtained her BSc in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto. 

In 1996, after owning and managing a 5 apartment income property in High Park where she lived for a number of years, Motria decided to pursue a career in real estate by joining Re/Max Professionals Inc. Her experience living and working in Etobicoke, Bloor West Village and High Park has helped her become an expert in the west end. She currently lives in the Kingsway with her husband and two children. Motria, Ostap and her two children are avid skiers, hikers and campers. They have hiked the West Coast Trail and the Rocky Mountains.

Motria now has 20 years of expertise in serving her clients across generations in residential, commercial, investment and rental real estate. Clients trust Motria to have their best interests in mind and appreciate her honesty and integrity. With extensive market knowledge and excellent negotiating skills, Motria’s clients know they can expect the best possible results.

Motria has achieved numerous awards, most notably being included in the Re/max Hall of Fame and Platinum Club every year from 2004 to 2015.  Most recently, in 2015 she her sales achieved the top 1%  in the entire City of Toronto. She has now expanded her team and founded The Motria Group with the goal of serving more clients through her hands on leadership, knowledge and ability to serve each family in their individual real estate needs. 

 

Eva Stec

Sales Representative

Eva Stec has lived in the West end of Toronto most of her life. She graduated from The Ontario College of Art and Design in 1993. Her love of working with people, strong communication skills, self-motivation along with a strong sense of aesthetic and creativity led her into the profession of real estate in 1998.

Eva played the violin at the Royal Conservatory of Music for many years. She is very passionate about the arts especially painting and music.  She also loves the outdoors, jogging and yoga.

Eva is very results oriented, organized and works well under strict deadlines with attention to detail. She is very dedicated to her clients and is really able to help them with their needs. Eva is able to communicate in English, Ukrainian, Polish and Russian.   She is a wonderful addition to The Motria Group. 



Christina Lai

Client Care Manager & Sales Representative

Christina Lai grew up in Toronto’s West End. Christina attended York University where she received her B.A. Honours in Sociology and Post Degree Certificate in Human Resources. Prior to working in the real estate industry, Christina worked in the customer service industry for over 6 years and has also worked as an HR Coordinator.

Christina began her career in real estate by working in the new construction industry. Christina later joined The Motria Group as an Administrator where her background in customer service and human resource has allowed her to provide our clients with the smoothest and most pleasant real estate experience possible.

Beyond her professional life, Christina loves to volunteer and has worked with the Peel Children’s Centre, the Stroke Breakers Program, and other programs that aid in animal welfare. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two dogs Cookie and Cream. Christina enjoys reading, hiking, and is constantly learning new skills or hobbies.  

Our Stories

Pat and Leann

In 2001, Bloor West Village residents Pat and Leann contacted me to find them a home in the Kingsway. When they walked into 16 Kingsmill Rd, they immediately felt it was their house and purchased it.

Fourteen years and two kids later, they had outgrown their house and purchased another home. Pat, who had sold previous homes on his own and knew real estate, decided to try and sell their Kingsmill house by himself. In the months following, Pat and Leann generated a lot of interest in their home but the deals did not come together. They then called me to help.

The market had certainly changed over the years and strategies in home preparation, pricing and timing were increasingly critical. In addition, Pat and Leann were dealing with a higher end neighbourhood where most buyers depended on their agents for advice and consultation.

I suggested highlighting their fabulous living and dining rooms along with the excellent living space that the house offered. I called in my team of stagers and together we staged, painted and decluttered the house, plus took some professional photos. Pat was a bit skeptical at first but he trusted me and went along with our suggestions.

The agent and market feedback were excellent and in a few days, we received a serious offer from a young couple expecting their first baby. We negotiated and agreed on a price, substantially higher than Pat and Leann had received before. In addition, the terms were advantageous to my sellers.

Pat and Leann were very happy with the results of the sale, and relieved that the stressful process of selling was quick and successful.


Staging Pays Off.


In September we listed a property which was previously listed by another agent and had sat on the maket for 73 days. Upon inspecting the home, we decided that staging and painting were critical to sell the home quickly and for top dollar. At first the sellers were reluctant because it was a lot of work for them and they were not convinced it would work. After showing statistical proof that staging is a gamble that pays off, the sellers agreed to follow all of our advice. Following the staging and painting, the Sellers were thrilled to see the transformation of their own home. In just 9 days the home sold for full price. Staging pays off.
