End of January and inventory is very low. The forecast for low inventory continues to be true. Christmas and holidays are over and buyers are ready to buy. There are few listings and little to buy. For those selling it’s good news. For those buying it may not be easy. Buyers will have to act fast and be aggressive in their strategy. Good agents will shine in this market.
