Lots of selection for buyers now. We have definitely seen an increase in new listings and buyers finally have some choice. Homes in the $1 million dollar range and slightly higher are still in high demand and many are going into bidding. Above that range it is touch and go. Some are selling and some are surprisingly not. Spring market starting to move forward. The buyers are definitely out there, and listings are starting to come out. Buyers are being somewhat picky, and they don’t want to over pay but they are starting to jump on good properties.
