When the top high end market picks up in US resort towns after years of very slow sales one wonders what this means for US and hence Canada. The very high end is apparently starting to move in US resort towns. For example, an $8 mill house in a Colorado ski town was on the market for 6 years. It has very recently sold. Market is heating up… We have seen some very good sales recently with some big bidding wars. This is a reflection of lack of inventory and buyers really wanting to buy. It's not everywhere and not everything but in some areas its beginning to feel like the crazy months of 2017. Generally market is getting busy.
